Intake Specialist Internship

The Intake Specialist position is a part-time temporary non-paid position.

 ​Key responsibilities of an intake specialist may include:

  • Scheduling appointments: Coordinating appointments with customers based on the client's needs. 

  • Documenting information: Maintaining accurate records of client data in the organization's system 

  • Conducting initial assessments: Performing a preliminary evaluation to understand the customer's situation and what positions may be a good fit. 

  • Answering inquiries: Addressing questions from potential customers regarding services and procedures. 

  • Gathering initial information: Collecting personal details, contact information, and relevant background information from job seekers through interviews or intake forms.
