Vocational Adjustment Training
Vocational Adjustment Training (VAT) is specifically designed to support individuals with unique abilities in acquiring the necessary skills to become job-ready. This comprehensive program, consisting of nine courses, emphasizes the development of interpersonal skills and essential traits and attitudes that are crucial for achieving success in the workplace.
These courses provide individuals with an opportunity to acquire the personal and social adjustment skills essential to participate in job search activities with the ultimate goal of securing a job and keeping the job.
